Oh, hi there! 👋
I am Ece Yüksel, a cognitive psychologist, architect, Ph.D. student,
...and someone who makes every decision with data.
Having a passion for design, I started my education as an architecture student. Striving to be a great designer, I realized the importance of making design decisions based on evidence.
As someone who dislikes making decisions without data, I embarked on a Ph.D. program in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience to learn how we can ground design decisions on solid data.
I find fulfillment exploring the intersection of human behavior, experience, and technology.
My expertise spans cognitive psychology, human spatial navigation, and multidisciplinary research, with a focus on understanding human interaction with physical and virtual spaces, particularly within immersive VR environments.
I am skilled in designing experiments, understanding users through data, and collaborating.
